			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A large crowd turned out Wednesday to hear Stephen R. Covey&#8217;s first lecture as the new, tenured, full professor and the first Huntsman Presidential Chair in Leadership in the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University.</p>
<p>Prior to the Convocation speech, Covey, best-selling author and internationally-recognized authority on leadership, was a guest on KVNU&#8217;s Crosstalk show where he said there are basically four dimensions to life: the physical or financial, relationships or the heart, the mind which deals with strategy, and the spirit which deals with purpose and integrity.</p>
